EDIT: A Tweet from "Kile" used to appear here. "Kile" decided to take down the Tweet and the video that showed him throwing his 65" LED TV off the balcony of his apartment after the Saints lose.

You gotta believe that New Orleans radio, blog sites, etc. were LIT UP last night. Now, back to thread title: Where Does Willie Land ?

I think right where he's at. I think they really like him there and will keep him which would likely be in both parties interest. He just needs to keep his head straight and not have any additional off field issues. Salary issues will also come into play, but still think he really hurt his value with the DWI.

Ok, I PRAY we are all clear that in the NFL everyone is replaceable, drugs and alcohol crimes are not considered trivial and the punishment is swift and often career-changing? I mean c'mon players, get your head out of your ass - this isn't buried in the fine print. Jonathon and Willie are the last two significant NFL players from BSU and both couldn't seem to understand this. They literally cost themselves millions.

Willie hasn't cost himself quite yet and Newsome had been underperforming when he got busted. Snead's biggest concern should be that he didn't put up great numbers once he got back. If he'd scored a TD/game once he got back I don't think he'd be worried at all. If Vick can come back from brutally murdering dogs then anyone can keep playing if they play well enough.

Drew bailed Willie out of the missed wide-open receiver.....that would have been a bad memory.
Agree, he has numbers to stay or latch on with someone. He was shuffled out of the offense when he returned, which impacted his ‘17 stats.
