We are a 3.5 point home underdog. Same record, but EMU has big wins over Purdue and Toledo.
Prediction: EMU 24 Ball State 16

No way! Cards 31 vs Eastern 24. Big O gets their act together and the Big D holds its own.

24-20 EMU. I hope they prove me wrong, but EMU is tough.

EMU is going to be without QB Glass. Question I have is they had two players both DBs tossed out of last game I assume for targeting does anyone know if those players are out in the 1st half? The key is our o line allowing us to run on them if we can we win if not EMU 21 BSU 20.

Don’t get too excited. Their other qb threw for over 300 yards vs Purdue. He’s an Iowa transfer. He’ll torch our secondary.

6 EMU's 7 games have been decided by 7 points or less. I expect another close one. Glass being out helps us, but I think their other QB is a better passer. I'm hoping our DB's are ready to play well.

Our secondary is just not good. No ball hawks. No cover corner. Poor tacklers. Safeties who seem to always be out of the play. I’m not sure how well coached they are based on the breakdowns in technique we see every week. The corners this staff has recruited can’t seem to beat out the two guys they inherited. And those guys aren’t real good. Perplexing situation.
Look for the emu kid to have a career day if their receivers are decent.

He was 17 - 40 at NIU, so I’m not sure he is even a more accurate passer than Glass. At the very least, it hurts their depth at the most important position. I’m not getting too excited, but we can hang with EMU.

Niu made Riley neal look pretty bad too. The main point isn’t that Wiegers is great but rather our secondary is that bad.

So far, The only good offensive team we have faced up to this point IU and they did what they wanted, ND offense was not good when we played them. We will find out about the D over the next few weeks.
