52 unanswered points...when's the last time you've heard that? and counting... New DC is a must....now. As far as Neu, I believe changing coach's every 3 years is not the answer. However, I realize and understand the frustration here. At some point, the team needs to compete right? Bench the starters on D. Send a message.

how many years should be the cutoff for bad coaching? this is not a retirement program. you should look at wins vs losses.

Everyone needs to go. Time to start all over and try to rebuild a program again.

I’ll ask again—- why bother having plitt throw? The game is super beyond hopeless, work on the running game. Give paddock some snaps to see what he can do and what he needs to work on.
Post game Neu will spout the usual crap, ou really good offense, lost Riley, played back on our heels, have to get better, back to work tomorrow blah blah blah.
Program is in the tank. No better than last year and no better than Lembos last year.

I’m scared to see what the second/third tier would be if what’s on the field is the most ready.

We need to have a running clock and get the hell out of Ohio while we can.

If you can name me a head coach who has succeeded in the MAC whose first 3 years were as bad as Neu's, maybe I could be sold because I sure cant think of one. Neu's been about as unsuccessful as most Eastern Michigan head coaches that preceded Chris Creighton. If Neu is brought back, and he may be for buyout reasons, I feel the inevitable firing is just being put on layaway for 12 months.

The administration really needs to consider the total embarrassment of this situation.

If they do bring him back they should at least demand he completely turnover his staff. (Maybe he’ll quit if of principle then) This hurts because mike was a hero and a champion as a player and one of my favorite QBs. I was really excited when he was hired. But it’s been a total fail.

Not a total failure. We now serve beer in the stadium.

I agree. If they cant afford to fire him, ordering him to hire an entire new staff is the next best approach and sends a message that hes on thin ice in year 4.

I’m usually a positive guy. I try to be conscience of commenting on the behavior not the person. But I’m trying to see what can be a positive. It’s a melt down, both sides. One major area you can visually see if the difference in our size verses Ohio. Physically it’s two very different teams. I’m sure there’s a significant age/year difference, but man.
