20 turnovers, 8 assists...................Whitford's "sophisticated motion offense" ? It’s because of injuries. If we ever get all our guys back....

Sad state of affairs for Ball State basketball. Will we win another game? Just not sure we will.

Moses has not played well particularly since coming back and recently Persons lines the stat sheet late!
Why we wait to press and turn up the intensity so late is beyond me!
Was the moving screen call on Mallers the latest call you have ever seen?

I sure would have liked to have seen Ish and Gunn take a few 3-point shot attempts in the second half. In the first half Gunn was 2-2 and Ish 1-2 from the 3. But yet in the second half not a single 3-point shot attempt was taken by either one of them. One would think in a game where most of the second half your team was 10+ points behind, your coach would design a few plays for one of those two guys to shoot a fricking 3-point shot.

The moving screen on Mallers is so typical of everything that has happened in Worthen this season. No calls, late calls, bad calls, so typical. When you are stuggling in any sport, a bad call just totally sucks all your energy.

I was a sucker for thinking they might have a fluke strong game given they have played Toledo tough previously. Too many offensive boards for Toledo

It is called scouting and a program that fails to adjust. It is recruiting players who are not physically or mentally tough when MAC teams know every move you make. It is a program that lacks fundamentals, the little things that cost you games when games are close. Poor positioning onnclose outs, poor reaction time on rotations and just horrible fundamentals on boxouts. No discipline on offense or defense. Same dumb ass mistakes in every game by the same players. This is a dumpster fire that needs to be extinguished by getting rid the guy who threw the match.

More great coaching. Whit tends to bury or forget about the guys who could help us the most.

It's not only his coaching,he is just a terrible figurehead. He has no personality, never says anything interesting, looks like a constipated troll, won't engage with alumni or fans, and does nothing to sell the program or raise funds.

Glad I graded tests instead of going. A long time poster used to say, "a fish rots from the head down." That describes the Whitford years perfectly. A change is SO needed.

Now we’ll see if these guys just play out the string and show no fight the rest of the way. I don’t have any confidence Whitford is capable of drawing much else out of them at this point. Any kind of so so run at the end isn’t going to mean much either.
