I went to the sectional boys basketball games at Wes-Del last night. One of the teams playing was Anderson Prep Academy. A bunch of their players and fans had matching blue sweatshirts that said "Trust the Process" on the back.
Clearly Jimmy Shitbird disease has spread next door to Madison County. Hopefully it gets no further.

It’s like every athletic team in the world uses that slogan now. It’s almost meaningless. How bout, Trust your coaches, practice and prepare hard. Learn your role. Play hard. Execute. You know, like teams have always done before “the process” took over.

Funny you mention the process. Nick Saban was using that in his radio ad for his new Mercedes dealership this past summer. Coach speak.

Oh sure, trust is great until you see 00hmh pull up in a white van with the words "Free Candy" spray painted on the side.

It's a neat little gym. Very good tournament atmosphere.
Wes-Del had a pretty epic collapse in the final minutes of the first game.
