It may make the rules clearer but I don't see how it affects the MAC transfers in any way. What I would like to see is a change in the grad transfers where it would require the schools that obtain such transfers to show that they secured their graduate degree within 2 years & if they don't the program loses one scholarship for the next five years. I would like to see how many of the players Michigan & Ohio State are getting actually obtain the graduate degree.

The grad transfer rule is mostly just rent a player. Seems the figure I saw it was only around 30% actually get their graduate degree.
