I am super excited about the win loss record but still pretty pessimistic on how we got here. NIU melted down. I didn't get to watch EMU but based on what I read we just as easily could have lost it. And Toledo was about as bad an opponent as I’ve seen us play lately. They are in a tailspin. At the end of the day all I really care about is wins and championships. So for all I care we can Buffalo our way into a win at Detroit. But as of today the jury is still out in my book. Yeah even the color guy on WLBC, who has called games for years, was saying that he’s never seen a Toledo team play as poorly as they did yesterday. He commented a couple of times that there has to be something going on in the locker room for them to be playing that poorly. But hey, I really don’t care every team has things going on and have to deal with it. Now it’s our turn to be on top! I’ll take the win regardless! Great job!

Went to the game yesterday and thought it was a dream. Woke up this morning and pinched myself and then looked at the sports page. Sweet Jesus that was a great win yesterday and it is fun being a Proud Card. Out The Mud....

I really understand the reservations, I just wish for 24 hours we could all celebrate a great start and give credit for the efforts being put forth. Then wake up the next day and do the analysis of where we really are. Still lots of questions to be answered for sure.
I truly expect a difficult unexpected loss coming up with a flat performance. I think that will be part of the maturation process. Then we will see how they respond. We are not a great team yet, but one that obviously doesn’t give up. They are starting to believe in the system and themselves. That’s a truly good thing for what I still call an underdog of sorts.
So, let’s win the next three! We have to win the CMU game. Then, wow!
Go Cards!

Gotta give props to Lynch. The play calling today was outstanding. It makes it a lot easier when you have a great running game. Was it Lynch or has Neu taking over the calls?

Go Cards! What constitutes celebrating? Is talking about extending the coach celebrating? Why be one sided on your celebration policing? Why don't you go yell at the people who want to extend the coach and tell them to celebrate now and they can discuss non-celebratory matters after 6pm?

We’ve been told on here that Neu is the play caller in 2019. We’re only as good as the info we get from a fan page.

Nice weekend. Cards get an unexpected one and the Colts also get an unexpected one! Who knows what awaits next weekend, maybe all gets reversed! Until then, it was fun.

You don't have to go back that far in time. There were a few of the Tom Amstutz led Rocket teams in the 2000's that looked like this.
