I can understand why a coach would do this, since they can, but given that students and taxpayers are supporting the program, seems to me they should be let in if they want to watch, anytime another team is involved.

So we had a scrimmage 2 days ago. Anyone with any valuable info? Were all the players present and accounted for at the football game yesterday? I don't recall seeing anybody on crutches or in a boot.

Well we are going to need to have a manager or someone who was there. Unless of course BSUkid can make a phone call as he is the one with all the insider access

That was my exact thought about not seeing any crutches or boots at the game yesterday. Btw, Huggins still looks thin to me.

Ball State – 10/18 vs. Belmont (at Louisville); 10/26 at Wright State A very tough Belmont program for the first time in decades without Rick Byrd leading the way - should be interesting.

They could, but then they would chain the arena doors and flood the arena with cyanide gas, or Putin's most recent experiment. We cannot tip our quality of play to the public before the first game.

My understanding is this is the year he finally unveils his ten man rotation "sophisticated motion offense". He now has the "highly skilled athletes" and "elite shooters" to make it work.

If you hear a knock at you door, by all means, do not answer it. You have said too much.

Belmont may be without long time ledgendary coach Rick Byrd, but have no doubt that they are still in very good hands with Lipscomb's excoach, Casey Alexander, who took them to the final game of the NIT last season, taking over. They will continue to be a really well coached team and I am sure they will do big things going forward. I would give my left nad to see him coach at Ball State.
