Wondering what your expectations are for 2020.. Ive always said when the 2019 kids became juniors we should see a vast improvement an we did. Now its time to take the next step another 4-5 win season should not be expected ar accepted. If it is does happen then we are screwed and it probably does not get much better. All previous staff and other old excuses are done now. The facilities and backing from school excuses are still valid but they are not changing and will be a part of any staffs problem

7 wins means a 5-3 conference record

It could mean that if we go 0-4 in conference.. I would likr to think we can beat Maine and wyoming should be a 50/50 game. IU and Mich are losses

I won’t count the IU game as an automatic loss. We probably will lose, but we played them pretty tough this past year.
I predict a 7 win season and our first bowl win.

The new indoor facility construction will be a big plus from previous years.

I'd sure like to see the 7 or 8 side of that. 6-8 is a pretty large target.

The new indoor facility construction will be a big plus from previous years. Well it's not going to have any bearing on the 2020 season, unless you think the construction is going to disrupt the rhythm of the practice/workouts, etc.

When you are terrible for so long with a few successful seasons mixed in, just finishing the year with a winning record is a good year. My hope for the future is for Ball State to have a program similar to Ohio, where we expect to win 7 or 8 games a year. I know that isn’t setting the bar too high, but I would be happy with having a consistent winner.

I'll leave that for other people to worry about. People on here talk a lot about the financial side of things, but does it really affect any of us personally? Let those in charge take care of all that and just enjoy the games.

Whether rational or not an AD usually can sell administration on a bowl game. You are right, we'd almost certainly lose money on it.
