Yea lost him with about 9 days till signing. Iowa has taken a few of our top recruits over the years..

That's one recruit that would have had a huge impact and would have generated some wins in my opinion. Our D would have looked better.

Our opponents would have only thrown passes to one side of the field.

I tend to think his talent would have been utterly wasted under the current defensive coaching staff. Just saying...

I think we ought to recruit every King that we can find. You can't win unless you play.

The Lynch hire haunts me every night. I'm convinced we've cost Neal a year's worth of improvement already.

Could someone explain why Joey Lynch ''haunts'' so many on this site? Lynch has been the OC for quite a few games and does anyone think he calls games that Lembo disagrees with? Lembo has to be agreeing with the offensive games plans. Shouldn't Lembo be the one to haunt you? The plan has been the same since Neal was named the starter. I have to wonder what kind of offensive game would be called if Lynch could call the game he really wanted. Would he call the zone read on the first two downs and a short pass to try to move the chains or would he open the playbook up?

Look at record since Skrosky left (Including the bowl game of Jan. 2014). We had a pretty decent receiver in 2014 and I believe Edwards was still our RB and, although new, a fairly decent QB.

Rich was the straw that stirred the drink. Joey/Pete need to totally reevaluate what they're doing on offense and how they're doing it now.
