That is correct. Four ten minute quarters. Basically there are no one and bonus situations, either. Fifth foul in each half goes to double bonus. Pretty different. These gals have potential to be VERY, VERY good. Should be a fun group to watch.

Women's basketball beats WKU by a score of 74-60. WKU had received 6 votes in the AP preseason poll. Big win for the Lady Cards!

The Lady Cards finished the weekend 1-1 in the Omni Hotel Classic Tournament. After losing a close one to Florida by a score of 85-79 (was tied 77-77 with 30 seconds left), the Cardinals stormed back and pounded UMass 81-54. The Sagarin rating has the Cardinals at 51st in the country!

The Lady Cards keep chugging along with a 94-45 victory over Ohio Valley University. Now sit at 4-2 on the season and 54th in the Sagarin ratings.

Still have tough games at home against Butler, against Purdue on the road, and St. Louis coming up. Win those games and we will be sitting mighty pretty.

Women's basketball took down Butler today by a score of 58-50. First win over Butler since 2006
