It was said on the Big Ten Network today, immediately after TSIB loss, that TSIB needs to have Buffalo win the MAC to insure that TSIB would get an at large bid.
I say, root against Buffalo. That will gives us something to rally around. 😊

My first thought when I saw this post was that we had won tonight.

Well Texas Tech certainly is beating Buffalo! Yes, Texas Tech is probably the most talented team they have played this year. I do think the Bulls ran into a Bullssaw today. Tech can't miss and Buffalo can't hit.

What really surprised me was how badly Buffalo was beaten on the boards. Texas Tech out rebounded Buffalo 46-29. Buffalo also had 16 turnovers. It like they got hit in the face and couldn't respond. Definitely a different Buffalo team today. Just have to wonder how much of it will carryover to next year with them losing so many seniors.

Coach will have talent with newcomers but will have a challenge.
He's done so well, extension or not, wonder if they can keep him.

Just another indication how low MAC basketball has fallen. Next year it will be back to 14 seeds.

That is silly. UB had a great year. Losing to a 3 seed hardly a sign of MAC decline.
The MAC a strong conference this year.

The MAC a strong conference this year. This of course is based on Buffalo beating a last four play-in team and everyone else losing in post season. Yeah the MAC was a real bitch wasn't it.

If conference wins in NCAA is the measure of historic strength you would not expect a 6 seed to go more than 1 round. And a 6 is a high seed for the MAC. And as you have no doubt noticed NIT games where MAC usually goes on the road doesn't make that much of a metric either. Season long the MAC was stronger than it has been in a long time. Hardly evidence of how low we are as bsu claimed. I was hoping for better but will not buy that.

Oh yes computer models are so wonderful, that's why we all generate huge coin every year from CNBC stock market algorithmic blowhards and sports wagering idiots and their computers. Oh, those algorithms all got it goin on. Sheesh, 00 what a moron.

Hard to beat those computers.

The MAC was ''HORRIBLE'' this past season. Did you really watch ANY MAC games?

The MAC was ''HORRIBLE'' this past season. Did you really watch ANY MAC games? Sure. Saw a lot of good teams. One great team by MAC standards. A few teams inconsistent. Some bad games. But. Almost everybody could beat most other teams, with UB a favorite every game though.
