The jury is still out on this AD. You have to admit both with football and basketball she is stuck with what we have because of money or the lack of it.

The current appalling situations of both basketball and football certainly provide an opportunity for a strong, smart, creative AD to impress everyone.

Crossing my Fingers Teague doesn't transfer as rumblings suggest he may. If he does whit 's absolutely toast here. Would be disappointed to see him leave but we really aren't using him anyway. True, but it's not like Ball State will benefit by him leaving. If it was a pro sport they could possibly benefit by tanking for a high 2020 pick, but that concept is not applicable in college sports.

1. Get someone in here who can coach shooting. 2. Get someone to teach you how to utilize your bigs, not just pick and roll. 3. Sit Teague down when he falls in love with the 3 ball. 4. Learn how to make in-game adjustments. 5. Recruit for skills, not just the Indiana All Star who has peaked. 6. If you can't or won't do these things "hit the road Jack and don't come around hear no more." Better yet, hit the road now.

OK....line up for shooting holes in this.....It's time for our AD to think outside the box or her new career stalls in its tracks.....
Let's say, hypothetically, I'm an AD and my hands are tied due to extraordinary contract "buyout" clauses and I might just have a coach who can't recruit or coach his way out of a paper bag and I might be in this position for two years and the two biggest revenue sports are going to suck in years two and three of my big time AD tenure......
A. I sit tight and blame it all on Colonel Sandy and I don't make a career resume' impact until year 4 and 5 of my being in Muncie Indiana.
B. I go out and find a hot shot assistant coach and, with a nice incentive that is minimal (compared to the buyout) hire and introduce them to the existing coach as some "help that is needed".
C. I have no clue what to do and become the object of scorn on social media fan sites.
