I agree rmcalhoun.....15 wins is a good turnaround from 7 wins last year but I would find it only acceptable.....I really believe this team is capable of more!!!!

I do think the 50 of us left should be patted on the back though. Most of us have been around for years now, arguing the same arguments year after year. The fact that we are still here shows even if all we do is bitch and moan we must really love this little oasis in Muncie.

A little smile and positive thinking! 15 is maybe a ceiling this year, maybe not. Next season is a long way away. But for the first time in a long time we should be looking ahead with guarded optimism to the future. We have talent, we don't need much out of the recruiting class and player development to get to the top again. You did scare me a little with that Cubs fan thing. That hit hard. I really thought they were going to make it this year, right up until they ran into Murphy in that last series. With our basketball depression syndrome we will break out the champagne if we get that close.

I think 15 wins is a bit premature. I will go with 10 wins. This team and coach need to prove us all wrong.

We played them in Ohio...and I heard we got the better end of the scrimmage!!! I'd love to get odds that we don't win 11...my guess is we will win about 18 but definitely 15

Well obviously we couldn't play them in Muncie or Detroit because of the overwhelming and intense popular interest that exists around these programs. The game would have been at the center of a media hurricane, and huge hordes of fans would have been battering down the doors to get a look.

Back on topic: PG: N. Smith SG: J. Tyler SF: S. Sellers PF: F. House C: N. Wells Out of all the posts on this subject, only bsutrack nailed our starting PG, at least according to one of the articles in The Star Press. Can't wait to see who else joins him tomorrow night.
