Off to a bad start. Lost to PU 9-3 in West Lafayette. Purdue is 19-28.
6 games left. Hoping we can get 5 of 6. Ohio (16-27) comes into Muncie on Friday for 3 games.

Pachmayer and Jackish haven’t pitched well. Obviously we saved our frontline pitchers for the weekend.

Ohio game just started. For the 2nd Friday in a row, Jameson has given up an HR in the 1st inning.

Hitting has been down for the last few games. Losing a .300 bat for the season is going to hurt going into tournament.

Combined no hit bid today for Baker and Jaksich. How many times has this happened in BSU history? I can't remember too many in the last 17 yr. Got to see it live. Baker seemed to be rolling, save for a few walks and was surprised they didn't leave him in. I didn't know it was the first in BSU history til they made an announcement. |
