How long until some guy, maybe currently riding the bench on a D1 team, decides he wants to absolutely dominate women's basketball in the NCAA and WNBA. There are any number of guys, say in the 6-3 to 6-8 range with average athleticism, who could easily do this. This would be endlessly and heartily amusing for both on and off court reasons. Hopefully it happens soon.

There be to prove a transgender truly is a transgender and not a guy posing so he can dominate? Will there be a limit to how many can be on a team?

I can see unscrupulous coaches loading their teams with guys claiming to be transgender in order to win big/get paid/ move up.
Percentage wise there aren’t ‘that’ many transgender athletes out there but just watch what happens now.
