CardFan is right. Staying is just not the way it works anymore, especially for pitchers. I'm stunned he dropped to the 29th round. I consistently heard top 8 and for sure top 10 all year. Did anyone see if Sebby got drafted? If not, lucky us - he has one more year of eligibility left! Nope. |

From what I could find, Baker has yet to sign a contract with Marlins (as of 7/12 press update).
