See this is the kind of shit Im talking about... They read this and when I show up to pick up Max they are all glaring at me.. Im going to have a team of managers jump me in worthern Life would have been so much easier had I just signed up with some incognito name but no.. I put by full name on here for everyone to see and its to late to back out now Speaking truth to power is not always popular. I admire the firm stance you've taken with the need to shut this terrible child labor camp down. Yea the problem with that is not only do I have take the heat for what I say. I have to take the heat for all of you clowns as well. I almost had my fingers ripped off by a parent at a B ball game this year.. I blame all of you

I, for one, greatly admire Calhoun for ripping the cover off this horrific "camp" situation.
By the way, how old is your kid? Blocking out is a lot harder to teach younger kids than you might think. The difficulty is in getting them to execute block outs while still maintaining aggression towards grabbing the ball

It not easy to dribble with your non dominate hand and shoot a left handed layup either. BUT, it was coached and learned by many because the athletes listened to their coaches and WORKED at it.

If you still have time, drill these points into your kid until he can repeat them back to you:
*passing=turnover *If you're hot, shoot it. If you're cold, shoot until you get hot. *The BSU staff has only managed two MAC tourney wins in 6 years. You are better off trusting your natural, aggressive instincts over their instruction in a scrimmage situation.

All right back from camp.. Sorry for the delay but I took a new friend to a local watering hole for a drink. As far as news from camp I tried to talk to people who might be able to shed some light on the upcoming season. One thing was mentioned several times and that was Ish spending more time as the 2 guard thus allowing Josh to probably start at point and of course open the door for the BUmbalough Acree is just an awesome fun dude. Lots of personality, Big smile, very vocal. If he can play half as well as we have heard he will be a fan favorite. Myrne Thomas is also a likeable guy Gunn did not work the camp at all with the other older guys. He did however show up at the end with freshman and walk ons.. Has he banished down that far? Hendricks is not as thin as we thought. He is not big but not a bean pole Blake is a bit bigger than we last saw Ive got alot of photos and a couple funny videos of Acree interacting the kids that are pretty awesome Im going to post them to my facebook in a bit Ill try and link it in a few or if you want to see them just friend me on facebook Rob Calhoun www.facebook.com/robcalhoun

If Huggins has had a good summer and the only thing he gives us is physical presence for 15 minutes a game, that would be great. He's always been active and decent rebounder. He can be "tougher" than Trey if he's grown into his body. Got lost a bit, but that improves with time.
