I kept wondering during the game why we didn't clear out and let our 6'4" guard post their 5'7" guard? Where was Bik? Thought that Wells should of had more playing time. Great to get a win!

The 5'7" kid flopped if one of our guys got within a foot of him trying to draw foul calls. Video doesn't do justice to just how small that guy is.

Saw a lot of positives, but I still do not think Whit knows how to use bigs. Our offensive sets have our bigs on the outside too much and I think our guards miss the bigs too many times when we do post up. Calhoun is gritty and has improved the most of any of Whits players IMO. Also like House and Moses. Davis has not looked any better than his sophomore season at Central. IMO Kip should be in the game more. There is way too much standing around on the weakside of the offense IMO. We also need somebody to actually take a charge. Anderson for EIU had his way too many times down the lane. I believe we have more athletes on the roster than in years past. That is encouraging.
On the way into the game I was trying to give away a spare ticket and I met Teague's father. He says his boy broke his foot and is being redshirted.
