I’m going with EMU rebounds and wins big. Cards still have to prove they know how to win and can string wins together now. I feel like the euphoria of beating niu is double edged. You see all those photos of the post game celebration and wonder if they can come back down to earth and compete hard Saturday.

EMU needs to rebound. We are coming off a suprising and emotional win. I've seen this movie way too many times. If we win this game it will be a sign to me that we have taken a step toward having the mindset of a winning team.

Surely our team won’t overlook EMU, right?
This team needs to believe that they are good enough to win the MAC this year. I know fans won’t believe it, but the team needs to believe it and play with that confidence. If they love Coach Neu as it appears many do, don’t lose this game. I got BSU in a nail-biter. Although every game is a nail biter for me.

Looks like unlikely to rain during game but 50 degrees will be enough to cause turnovers. If we can get a plus of 2 & score we win. Their passing vs our running.

We should be able to win this game. Win this one and go into homecoming as a big underdog against Toledo with nothing to lose. |

I'm eatin' weenies, drinkin' IPA, munchin' on fries, and cheerin' the Cardinals on in a close one. We win by less than 10. This game will give us a VERY good idea what kind of squad we have this season...I think this is a must win game.

Actually, I’m glad this is an away game. I think if it’s at home it sets up the perfect laying an egg time. Maybe being on the road we come out with that road warrior mentality.

We are way more balanced than they are offensively. Their running game is essentially non-existent without Glass. They are going to pass a lot. Normally I’d be freaked out about that but I feel that our secondary is doing a decent job right now.
I think it will be a high scoring game. Plitt might throw for 340 instead of 34 like last week. I’ll predict 31-28 Team Chirp!

Go Cards, stay focused. Fewer distractions, have to focus more to get ready to travel. I like the road game too. Not enough to say we win, though. That depends too much on which EMU team we see. |
