Five most interesting things about BSU basketball for two decades:
1) Offering Desmond Bane
2) Making juvenile Longwood jokes
3) 2017 worst NCSOS race
4) Vacant
5) Vacant

Any team can be "middle of the road", but not BSU!

Total disgrace for everyone involved.
Put that aside and I can tell you where I would be every free second I had along with loosing a few hours of sleep practicing free throws.
Have some personal pride!

If we finish 350 it's definitely banner worthy. I can visualize it: 2020 Worst FT Shooting Team in the Nation

Well shit. Not only did we edge over 50% and lose the distinction of being the only team missing most of their free throws, we also lost the top (bottom) spot to St.Louis, and are now only second to last>
Why can we never have nice things?!

Obviously an exceptional day, but we shot 22 percentage points better from 3-point range yesterday than we did the free throw line on Wednesday.

The key is we must keep Mallers off the FT line. He's at 78% and everyone else is mediocre to awful. Teague is 11-25 and has the most attempts followed by Walton who is 15-25. There's still a good shot to claim the national worst FT title if we play this right.

St. Louis has a much larger sample size, having shot 44 more free throws through six games than us. It's going to be a tough battle to out-suck the Billies.

Also the title of this thread is total bullshit! We are ONE out of 350 in worst free throw percentage, thank you very much! Give the team the credit they deserve. Pepperdine is 353 out of 353 in free throw suckage.

I still can't get over Whitford's comments about how he plans to "talk them through" their free throw struggles.
Seriously, that is someone who is afraid of coaching his players.
