When Teague gets frustrated you can tell because it's almost like he TRIES to commit fouls on the D with the reaching and silly play Yeah, I know exactly what play you are talking about. He was determined to get a foul.

Our bench is worthless. WMU made tough shots down the stretch and we didn’t. Bad loss. Wonder if Walton plays we win??? Maybe. I don’t really consider him a player anymore. More of a coach/cheerleader.

Bad loss to a bad team. They won the battle inside today and as always, miss bunnies and too many 3’s were our Achilles heal. Disappointing but not surprised.. They missed so many bunnies because the refs wouldn't call any fouls on WMU down low. It was ridiculous

Cards are 5 point favorite at Broncos today Predict Cards cover and Whit allows Walton to sit and catch up on homework Well, I was half right.

Ball State is 1-5 in games decided by 5 points or less. (5 was a totally random number I picked).

Disappointing. They had many more possessions and 3s but wmu was much better in the paint. BSU probably isn't as bad as today but as good as they looked vs kent st as cliche as that sounds.

I’m not an expert, but.
When your MAC-player-of-the-year works/scores primarily around the basket, should you be shooting 47% of your FGA’s from 22’1”+?
You’re certainly not going to get a lot of fouls when you’re heaving up that many 3’s.
I would also have some concern on the amount of minutes our two freshmen are accumulating in conference games. Bumbalough is averaging 31 minutes and Coleman 27 minutes. This could be detrimental when getting to tournament.

You should not be surprised. Western was coming off a big road win, first one in two years. They had a guy totally in the zone who could not miss. As usual in Kalamazoo, most calls go to the home team. Unless Ball State plays a nearly flawless game this will be the outcome. I always remember games against the Broncos in Kzoo like the one where Terrance Chapman was called for a foul when a WMU player stepped on his shoulder and Terrance was called for the foul. Probably 2005. Chapman wore a brace for the remainder of the season and was never the same.
Coming back to Muncie with no more injuries is the one good thing about today's game.
Beat the Huskies.
Go Cards!

We either beat NIU or we can figure we are not winning the division.

I can see us going 4-4 or 3-5 the rest of the way.
