If the defense is the same as it ever way, 4 wins. If the d is vastly improved, 6 wins.

5.9. I want to say 6 but I’m penalizing 0.1 for refusing a bowl due to funding.

I see us at 6-6, with an outside chance of 7-5 with a road win somewhere along the way. I hate that we have 2 Tuesday night games and one Wednesday night game. At least only one of them is at home.

This is where the length of the extension becomes very important.. Hopefully it was only tacking on one year cause if he can not get to a minimum of 6 wins this year he needs to go because its just not going to change much. I want him to succeed and for us to win but you gotta cut the cord when it is not working

I will say 7- 5 but think that all the teams may change if the change in the transfer rule go into effect for the fall.

I think the offense could win 8 but that D could lose us four

I hope for close games where D avoids most critical error and we have chances at the end.
I'd hope 7, bet 5.
Of course those consensus 4 wins will likely be 3...but if we stay close in half or more of the consensus 7 or 8 losses, we'll win some.
One at a time is all we got.

I will say 7- 5 but think that all the teams may change if the change in the transfer rule go into effect for the fall. I think the transfer rule will be a BIG benefit for the Power Conferences. If a mid-major exceeds expectations, they will easily be able to move on to one of the Power Conferences - you’ve got to believe they will watch the mid-majors (probably a new staff position) and will recruit players from the mid-majors. A death knell to mid-majors in all sports. Sad, but it’s all about the Power Conferences.
