Neu needs a ''signature win'' and Indiana University might be it. The last year or two we have shown up well in a number of games where not much was expected. I think IU may be caught off guard and we could steal a close game with the help of a couple of timely turnovers. Not sure it will happen in B'town. BSU will have to play error free, and TSIB will will have to implode.

We’re not beating IU in Bloomington.

They think they are better than they are. We could catch them over confident.

They go to bowls now. We haven’t been close.

When we beat them we were just a better team a better program even. They are not light years ahead of us but last year we did get at least 1 turnover and we did have some key third down stops. Even that was not enough by the end their depth just just too much

The IU kicker had a great day going 4/4 and putting points on the board when we would get a stop. The last one was from 50 yards out and if memory serves correctly he drilled a couple more from 40+ yds.

To have a shot at winning I think we need to have an advantage of three plus turnovers off which we get at least 13 pts off of them. Which is pretty hard to do.

ESPN projected us at 7-5 (5-3) for 2020. They also had Toledo, Western, and CMU at the same overall record. The west could be anyone’s to grab.

No one would argue if we finish 7-5.. I do agree the west is up for grabs.. I think Toledo probably bounces back and Western has players to be good

So, is there speculation that Nate Davis is coming back to use up his last year of eligibility ??
