Does anyone know the salaries of all our coaching staff, not just Whitford? Interesting question. From the Indiana Public Employee Salary Database: Jason Grunkemeyer (Associate Head Coach): $113K Ben Botts (Assistant Coach): $89K Matt Crenshaw (Assistant Coach): $86K Kindon Crowder (Director of Basketball Ops): $46K

Gotta agree with Reality here...I think we have enough talent to win 3 or 4 in a row, but I'm not certain if we have the DESIRE.

Northern is also 6-1 in DeKalb and 4-6 on the road.
So a toss up on a neutral court, yes. In either Muncie or DeKalb there is an obvious favorite. Not necessarily prohibitive, but clear.

Whit will be here for another year

We aren’t getting a new coach after this season. Just not happening. If next season is a disaster then we’ll see something happen.

With the news coming out today that Nue was given a 2 year extension next year seems like D day for the basketball staff.. Next year also seems like its going to be a tough one for the cards on the court so it will be interesting

Those funds, of course, would have to be kicked in by donors.

Probably because they were hoping he would choose to play through an injury. The severity of the injury will never be discussed because much like Rileys phantom injury from a few years ago was never discussed. They do this to increase the chances of the hardship being granted

A short extension so they are not locked in for another 4-5 years and recruiting is not harmed for 2 years. He has not proven anything yet

Right? What was the point of the charade of having him dress for games? So .....Walton played in first 10 games and, according to sources, probably fine to play in the last 15 (but chose not to)....and the NCAA is going to give him another year? Integrity isn’t a description I would use here.
