Who takes their pet goat to a porn store? goat fuckers OK, so it isn't goats, but Seth McFarland is one sick bastard. Also, if you are watching this Family Guy clip at work, put on headphones. You do not want other people hearing this one...

Three arrested after I-70 chase leads to crashes, meth Hey Indy, Henry County does not need your nutjobs and meth heads, they have quite enough of their own, thank you. The deputy said he had observed Stockard make an illegal U-turn on the state highway, and also urinate on vacuum cleaners outside a nearby truck stop. After a "short investigation," authorities said, Stockard pulled away and led authorities on a westbound chase, spanning about eight miles, on the interstate.Short investigation: "Sir, is this your urine on these vacuum cleaners?" After running over "stop sticks" that flattened his car's tires, Stockard pulled off the interstate at the Ind. 109 interchange, driving into Love's Travel Stop near Knightstown. While in the Love's parking lot, the Indianapolis man allegedly collided with three police cars — one driven by a deputy, and the other two by New Castle and Knightstown officers.Glad they got him before he was able to piss on the vacuums at Love's The other passenger — Nacole Marie Troutman, 38, Indianapolis — was charged with unlawful possession of a syringe, reportedly found when she was subjected to a body search at the jail.EEEEEEWWW.

New Castle man charged with violating the stay-at-home order in a very New Castle way.
That order specified several reasons that Indiana residents could legally be away from their residences. "Joyriding" and auto theft were not among them.
Told the vehicle was stolen, Hill allegedly said the car had been in the possession of a friend, and that he had helped that man replace a flat tire on the vehicle with a tire that was "not the exact fit." Hill indicated they had forced the new tire on the car by "removing various parts of the vehicle," an officer wrote. The New Castle man said he then purchased the car, due to its condition after the "make-shift repairs," from his friend for $15
Nutty as it sounds, I think that story is actually plausible and exactly the sort of thing that happens every day in New Castle. I'm not totally sure because I guess I have always used tires that ARE an exact fit and so I've never had to remove any pieces of my car to get them on.
And, of course the supposed "overincarceration" problem we have in this country is never around when you need it:
At the time of his latest arrest, Hill already faced a total of eight charges in three Henry County court cases filed in March — resisting law enforcement, driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, public intoxication, driving while suspended, criminal trespass, criminal mischief and driving without ever receiving a license. He has been convicted of battery, criminal trespass and theft.

New Castle man charged with violating stay-at-home order This guy was getting away with his "scofflaw ways" until the Wuhan Flue restrictions brought him down. I blame Trump.

I've been reporting for a long time now that New Castle, despite being significantly smaller, has been contending with Muncie in stupid criminality, and winning in per capita stupid criminality. But I've come to believe that this understates the case. I think New Castle is beating Muncie in absolute terms, and it's not even very close. Douglas Walker informs us: New Castle police on May 8 encountered Mistie Dawn Abbott, 33, in the 2600 block of High Street, where they reportedly found her pulling down a fence. And the story continues in typical New Castle fashion as she exhibits more crazed behavior, and the cops find a denim bag full of meth stuff nearby. The New Castle woman insisted the denim bag, which held her driver's license AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE, was not hers.I don't know exactly why, but for some reason I found this detail especially funny, and couldn't stop laughing out loud for some time. The ludicrous denials that stupid criminals make when caught are always one of the best parts of these stories and this may be the ultimate example. Yes, of course she has prior arrests....they all do. Which is why instead of talking about a supposed "overincarceration problem" I talk about creating a huge penal colony in Greenland to get these repeat stupid criminals off the street. link

New Castle continues to run up the score on Muncie. Car's trip through cornfield leads to meth-dealing arrests "Jackie Nicole Watson, 37, and Gregory K. Davis, 47, were arrested after Henry County sheriff's deputies responded to the report of cornfield driving near county roads 225-W and 500-S on the night of June 20.
Watson was found inside the vehicle, which had apparently crashed into a fence.
Authorities determined Davis had fled from the scene on foot (here comes the most New Castle part of the story- WST) , and in the process had left his driver's license, pants and underwear in the vehicle.
Davis was taken into custody about 3:15 a.m. on June 21 after employees at the Flying J Travel Center, 5300 S. Ind. 3, reported a man without pants was using a pay phone there"
I certainly am not qualified to question the tactics of a criminal mastermind, and I've never driven through a cornfield with meth in the car, so I may be unaware of some important factors.....but...but yet, I can't help but have the feeling that leaving the driver's license, pants, underwear and women in the vehicle might not have been the best move to make in that particular situation.

I am losing confidence in that cardfan, for one thing our population is dropping here in Muncie.
Also it just isn't the best environment it appears. Not only is it our excellent law enforcement nips budding careers in crime early, but we also should attribute our lack of criminal masterminds to the University and it's outreach programs. Young criminals have access to higher education and just don't develop the way they can without that to distract them.

Sorry Herman, Muncie can no longer pretend to be competitive. This is New Castle now:

You see Herman, a Muncie couple might drive around with a large quantity of meth in their car, they might drive through a corn field and crash into a fence, but when the Muncie guy goes to flee the scene, he wouldn't think to take his pants and underwear off and leave them in the car along with his ID. That's the New Castle touch. That's the genius. It's just bad luck for stupid Muncie criminals that they have such a juggernaut nearby to show them up.
