New Castle has definitely been punching above its weight where stories of dumb criminality and general bonehead idiocy are concerned. But Muncie moves to re-establish dominance in the area by sending resident Mace Bryon Cassell down to do his thing on their Henry County home turf. And when I say "do his thing", I mean trying to run over a state conservation officer while driving with his pants around his ankles.
