Question....did anyone purchase either the mini helmet and/or the full sized helmet with the Charlie Cardinal logo that was used for the Central Michigan game from the Ball State athletics website? I ordered one of each almost three weeks ago and I was having them shipped to my home and they have not arrived yet. No confirmation email or tracking was ever sent to me but according to my online banking "Ball State Athletics" withdrew their money from my account. I believe they were sold by the CVC but I could be wrong. Does anyone know of an email address or a phone number for the CVC so I can check on the order? Thanks for any help.

I ordered 2 mystery packs for presents under the tree. Did not get any shipping info but they arrived less than a week after ordering. Did not order a mini helmet

You are the one who gave me the idea to put them under the tree. I wasnt going to get them at all but that seemed like a fun Christmas morning thing to do. I received a confirmation that I had purchased but no shipping or tracking info. They came priority mail.

I emailed the CVC the other day and the reply I finally got back is that they have not received the helmets from the manufacturer as of yet but expect too shortly. I'm not holding my breath.....

I canceled my order roughly two weeks ago. Utter disappointment in the whole mismanagement of these helmets as I really looking forward to them. VERY VERY BSU-ish.

How they continue to screw up is amazing.. My WifAe "donated" 100 bucks for Jersey for me for Christmas.. She was not specific only that it was a current Black. Did not care if it was new or used and did not have a number preference. Still have not received it.. Pretty sure a walk down to the equipment room is not that difficult

When I finally received an email from the CVC that the large helmets were finally available for pickup at Worthen Arena, I replied back that I paid extra for shipping considering how far away I live from Muncie. They FORGOT that shipping was an option and had to go through all the orders again to see who needed shipping like I did and I was assured the large helmet would be shipped in a few days....which it wasn't and never was. I kept getting excuses that there were issues with the manufacturer that it was taking a lot longer to get the mini helmets. Surprisingly when I demanded an immediate refund, someone at the CVC replied back almost instantaneous that I'd see the money back into my bank account within 1-3 business days and apologized, "So I got that goin' for me" a la Carl Spackler.

I heard from someone who received one of the helmets that they were not as nice as advertised as well. I also heard that the company CVC delt with on all this screwed them over on the whole thing and they are scrambling.
