Hard to see Bonzi as a leader of men unless he has done some serious maturing. I don't know. I never thought I'd see Randy Moss speaking complete sentences on ESPN. Excellent !!!!!!

I remember sitting up on the top row of the stadium when we played Marshall here and THEIR cameraman said he was an absolute jerk and pretty much just a waste. That's paraphrased a bit, since that's been a couple of years, but he was not real positive in his thoughts about Moss.

There are some former NFL scumbags working as commentators, but I don't think Randy Moss is one of them. In fact he isn't near the overall assclown Tony Siragusa is.

I heard the same from a number of people, also some reports about his actions on the field in the NFL - sort of like Bozi!

Aside from the beating he gave a high school classmate that put that kid in the hospital (which is why Notre Dame revoked his schollie), then breaking probation at Florida State for testing positive for pot, and trying to run over a meter maid, he's been a perfect angel.

Was that the game where he scored, like, 35 touchdowns?

It sure seemed like it. I was there in the student section. They had him singled covered the entire game and it was like watching someone just abuse their little brother in the back yard. Pennington lofted it, Moss caught it. Over...and over...and over. Final tally for him: 5 TDs, 200+ receiving yards, and Raphael Ball's soul.

That really describes it. It was like two people playing pitch and catch in the back yard. It was such a size mismatch that it was unbelievable. We could probably have put 5 people on him but they would all have been too short to stop him.

I was at that game too, and couldn't figure out why we didn't just level him at the line every play. Or at least double cover him.

I recall Marshall fans giving me shit about how cheap the tickets were.
"Usually not much demand, huh?"
I think I said something about being busy dating outside our family tree...
