So you're saying that all we need to do is take 7 guys who have never stepped on the court before at BSU combined with a returning group whose two most experienced players are an undersized guard who has struggled mightily to prove he's a D1 player and a transfer head case who yo yos every other game? And they'll be led by the same motivational genius that has captured and inspired our fan base? How soon can we get started!! What he says!

It does mean we are bound to have a great season compared to that level of expectation.
Given the confidence had about last years coaches and players, turnover is fabulous news.
The inspired fan base will almost certainly grow exponentially. I hope coach can continue to restrain himself and not get fans too excited going into the early season.

Well, one to the nth power is still one, so an endless series of ones is technically exponential growth, so I can see Whitford growing BSU's fanbase exponentially in that sense.

I'd watch BSU Basketball even if we were the worst team in the nation. That being said both my wife and son asked me to not buy season tickets today. Both agreed that there was no player they wanted to watch and that we were going to suck. This might be a watch espn+ season for us

You will be just like the rest of us and become jaded and indifferent while watching the ACC, IU, Purdue, and Butler. Welcome to the real world.

There goes the entirety of the under 60 fanbase. Hey, I’m still under 60! And no I ain’t buying season tickets for basketball. It’s not enjoyable to watch the same bad movie day after day.

Rob, you can buy a few key games from me! I’ll still purchase mine even though I’m 2000 miles away

I'm not sure if any of the guards I list as # 2 guards have the capability of playing PG? For example, could the Freshman Sellers play the point? I do believe Bum will play the point because as I recall there were times when he and Ish were on the floor that I believe they played the PG position interchangeably.
I'm hearing that practices are highly competitive regarding role....

Put best 5 players out there, don't be too hung up on 1,2,3,4,5.
Do need some competent ball handling, and defenders who can play on the ball. We haven't done well on either at times.
That's where competition might help.

I think Damarius from St Louis may have played PG some their and I believe he started on an NCAA team! So he could emerge at PG!
