Sorry, but he is not a D1 player. End of story. He's a D1 player. Just not a star. He's a D1 shooter. There are lots of those in the lower divisions. The BSU women are phenomenal three point shooters but I wouldn't think they were capable of playing on a men's D1 team just because they can shoot. |

He was the #3 scorer on a team that finished just behind BSU in the KenPom rankings. (BSU 170 Stetson 171). He IS a D1 player but both of his two coaches and his statistics suggest that he is not much of a point guard.
Maybe he is confused about what he wants and what he can reasonably expect from basketball, but that doesn't mean he is either selfish or big-headed. Personally I would want to see more evidence before I labeled a kid as those things.

Too slow for a D1 guard-point or shooting guard. That was proved when he was here. I certainly trust Coach Lewis for Luke's departure. And that KemPom rating is a joke if you watched any Stetson games. IWU is a better fit for him and the mafia.

"Rounding out the class thus far, is sophomore transfer and Grant County High School player Luke Brown, who comes to IWU from Stetson University" (emphasis added)
Grant County is a godless shithole, whereas Blackford County is the promised land.
