Need one stud Forward and this team can be pretty good even next year! Let’s not get hasty, kid. I refuse to even consider his body of work until year 7. Yeah you need to completely ignore the first two years and then promulgate nonsense about a sophisticated motion offense.

Yeah you need to completely ignore the first two years and then promulgate nonsense about a sophisticated motion offense. Whit had to use motion his first years, not only did he have some catch and shoot scorers who make it work, but until he had Persons he had nobody who was really well suited to the P&R thing he(and most coaches) now prefer. This coach has motion offense in his blood from the past, but is likely to use a lot of the currently dominant doctrinaire principles.

Assistant pool of 340,000 he can work with that 150,000 90,000 90,000 can get 3 good assistant coaches To me, this doesn't seem like that much but admittedly, i don't know what all of the previous staff was making or what other MAC schools are paying assistants. Does anyone know what our staff from this season was making? You can find references online regarding Botts making between $90,000-$100,000 in 2019-2020. What's not clear is whether that's just salary or salary+benefits.

This assistant coach thing, maybe we try the Sherman Plan here on one position. 150,120,60. Might even find 10K somewhere left for basketballs.
