What is the dollar amount goal? I apologise, I received an email a few minutes ago from the Ball State Foundation that stated their dollar goal was $1,000,000. So there you have it. Unlike most governments. whose thirst for you currency is insatiable, BSU Foundation is happy with $1,000,000 today.

They'll take as much of your money as they can and find unfathomable ways to misuse it (But your point on the government is still very well taken).

College grads and the economic development impact they have would have good pay back. A million helps but there's more need.

Gee hard to believe someone like you would be looking for taxpayer help... Actually it's more that I want the companies I represent to expand their business in Indiana, see more businesses relocate here, and especially would love to see a high paying jobs locate in Muncie. Money spent by the State on BSU is critical to those goals, both local Muncie and statewide high paying jobs.
Compensation from BSU has never been the reason for working with our students and promoting the University and its growth. You don't make big money at BSU...
