Gee hard to believe someone like you would be looking for taxpayer help... Actually it's more that I want the companies I represent to expand their business in Indiana, see more businesses relocate here, and especially would love to see a high paying jobs locate in Muncie. Money spent by the State on BSU is critical to those goals, both local Muncie and statewide high paying jobs.
Compensation from BSU has never been the reason for working with our students and promoting the University and its growth. You don't make big money at BSU...

The new hire has not done much to increase B Ball support.. Football back in the lead after falling behind to that pesky tennis team The unrestricted athletic funding is critical for the AD to be able to move money where it is most needed. That is a key number. FB, tennis have always done well in designated funds. Given the number of alumni, and resources in marketing and making the sport visible, FB ought to be MUCH more successful and crush these numbers, but every bit helps. It really reflects how little the average guy supports the FB program. More than offsetting that is their success with a few big donors, big gifts.
