Back to Stetson ? I’m with Benny Hill. What a clown show. if brown came to BSU Midseason because of Whitford then that lacked a lot of awareness of Whitford’s situation. Basically a pointless move if he was going to end up back at Stetson, where he left because “it wasn’t a good fit.” And now suddenly it is, hooray! But, good luck to him, I hope it goes well for him and he gets a degree. He’s got Doyle in his back pocket— number 1 corner man, so we’ll be able to follow browns progress through him. |

Well Doyle said the coach at stetson had said luke would be starting pg. Then later said Stetson lost its best two guards to the portal so I'm guessing Luke assumes he will be starting pg. I really do hope it works for him like others have said the discussion was always more about the side show.
Maybe a thread in the chug to keep up with the tik tok is needed

Any kid just wants to play. But he seems to NEED to hear he will automatically be the starter. Oh well, doesn’t matter anymore. Hope he gets what he’s looking for. How he went about all of it from the start just doesn’t make a whole lot of sense.

Doyle is ate up!! The dude has a serious man crush on the kid that is almost creepy. Brown seems to be very insecure. I just hope that it works out for him as I am afraid what will happen if it doesn’t.

No actually Brown will not even suit up for Stetson, he’ll transfer back to Ball State and play on and off the second half of the season. Then the circus starts all over again until he finally uses up all of his eligibility. Tik Tok Girl and Hartford Mafia will live on in forum lore, although neither will have the long-term impact of Bane or Longwood. Other than that, this whole matter could be headlined "Ball State Roster Suffers Modest Hit in Pointguard Depth" and we can move on.

Whats the deal with "journalists"/columnists/sports media personalities just ignoring facts to take potshots at BSU? First there was the whole Ronnie thing. Then there was Fort Way guy (didn't he have a Lembo obsession?). Now Doyle with Brown.
Maybe it's more about protecting their people (Brown in this case) than it is attacking BSU but BSU always seems to get caught in the crossfire.
