Agree. Doubt that we would have been considered, at least for very long.
Actually Dan Palombizio's kid wasn't that good. His play was MAC level at best. He was only about 6' 6" (Dan was 6' 8") The two years he played at Oakland College he average 2.34 PPG (freshman year) and 2.67 PPG (sophomore year). He then transferred to Bellarmine where he averaged 1.67 PPG (junior year) and 3.42 PPG (senior year). I think he would have fit in with Whitford. In other words, the entire scoring total for his college career equaled about one game for his dad. |
