![]() not sure if people are commonly aware of a computer AI image generation, but DALL-E (beta development) is one of the two big players making headlines (Midjourney being the other). This technology is absolutely fascinating to me and I have recently gained access to the beta version. They operate on plain English text prompts to generate never before seen AI images. On a lark, I had it create some cardinal sports logos. These look pretty darn good to me but they would obviously require some photoshop to correct the text. |

Wild stuff, but I can see a lot of dangerous applications for those wanting to create some chaos. We won't be able to believe any images or (once it becomes better and faster) videos of anything we see online. How easy would it be for a political candidate to create photos of his opponent in a compromising position?
Although the virtual reality porn business may get really interesting!

The current iteration of WALL-E is carefully moderated and controlled to preclude, likeness to real people, political issues, nudity, porn, violence, weapons... basically G rated Google also has created a similar tool called "Imagen" which is not open to the public. There are also Chinese and Russian versions that I don't know anything about. In my opinion, these tools will eliminate the need for clip art tools (or subscriptions). The ramifications are somewhat fascinating. MidJourney sits behind a paywall but it seems to have a more art (versus realism) end product. Some of the MidJourney results are breathtaking and hard to believe that they came from an AI. Some MidJourney samples below look like finished book cover art.    |

Why is it that they change the text like that? No Clue. I understand that the software struggles with text in the image, but I don't know why. Should work for your campaign with a little touch up in photoshop. |

Why is it that they change the text like that? The software pauses during text character definition every so often while it is filtering through your email, browser history, Excel spreadsheets and any Quicken files it finds. |

It would be nice to somehow suggest the double meaning of "Woodcock" somehow. Subtly, of course. But not TOO subtly...our target market is Middle School boys and OTP fan board members. Appreciate the effort though. |
