I will take it...It will be interesting to see how this team matures over the season at hand. Some teams embrace that situation and other just look at it meekly and wonder what is happening and those type of teams never ''get it''. Let us hope this team has upper classmates that will help the team meet the challenge.

- Evenly matched last year.
- NIU - no Jay Drucker. And Ratikowski (sp) this year.
- QB was injured (Lombardi) last two weeks.
- We have some good returners, including great back in Steele.
- We have a Solid D Line.
Cards win:
28-21 without Lombardi.
28-24 with Lombardi.

We have a good team - need more big plays. I agree we have good talent and we deff need more big plays. Can’t agree with the d line play though. If we can’t get more consistent pressure we will not win games. If any Mac qb has time to sit back there and wait our secondary will get picked apart. Anyones secondary would you can’t cover a WR that long. If your going to play three then you have to pick your spots and send more lbs |

Another note You don’t offer 6 Juco oline guys in a couple weeks if your happy with your oline play. Juco guys are quick fixes
