Sparks is listed as questionable for tonight's I.U. game. Has been battling an injury since his lone start.

Do you have a better chance of playing pro overseas , sitting on the bench at a power five or being a stud at a mid major? Or does it even matter?

It's about connections, agents and coach referrals. The big time coaches will get bench players chances.

Woodson has absolutely no incentive to play Sparks other than some pity or respect for his work ethic. They're going nine deep and are 4-2 in the Big10. He has too many guys in front of him and not enough athleticism to be special or at least relevant. A lesson is trying to grab the brass ring when you already had the best seat on your ride.

Sparks is listed as questionable for tonight's I.U. game. Has been battling an injury since his lone start. IU 74 Min 62. IU played 9, but no Sparks. Both Ware and Mgbako were in foul trouble (4 fouls each) and Ware sat for long periods in the game, but no Sparks. Must indeed be an injury to Sparks, yet he had his warmups off and looked ready to come into the game sitting and clapping on the bench.

I predict sparks will come on strong and be instrumental in IU getting a berth in the Big10 tournament

So far you are a little thin on evidence of coming on strong. Hope you are right.

What are the odds of Tyler Cochran playing at Toledo next year? I have to believe year 6 of college basketball will be some where else & probably his best NIL offer.

Sellers with 24 against Texas. He’s legitimately a star in the big 12.

We miss Sellers the most. We knew he was a blossoming star. Perhaps Whit's best recruit. He's that athletic scoring wing we're lacking. A kid who can get his shot off, finish in traffic, lead the break. All that.

He is special. The other two really are not. Coleman is in his head.

Yep. Other than getting paid, Coleman perhaps made the worst decision. He'd be starting and leading us and probably be putting up good numbers. Instead he's dropped off the face of the earth. But, he got paid.....
Sparks is stuck behind some NBA level guys but they'll leave and he might have more of a role next year.

Or they'll bring in a new set of NBA level guys to play in front of him.

Or they'll bring in a new set of NBA level guys to play in front of him. Totally agree UJ. They recruited over him and will do it again when the current frontline moves on.
