MAC is 2-8 in the MacSun classic with our big dog Akron still to finish.
Bear in mind these games were all away so statistically we could only have won 4.5 games anyway

Well the MAC won almost all the games in the MAC/SBC back in the fall when the games were all on the MAC home courts. So it's a wash. This should have been expected. Closely matched teams the home team should win more than not.
Still sucks however.

Anderson looks like damaged goods after his two late game mistakes against CMU and Ohio. That spells huge trouble considering there’s no one on the bench who can make up for his production. |

The schedule is currently ranked as #339 in the country. BSU will end up somewhere around .500 against it. Possibly even above .500. As incredible as it seems, five of the remaining seven games are against teams ranked lower that BSU.
One thing you can be sure of is that the respectable W/L record will be used to claim that this year's team was a pretty decent team. We've seen that several times before.
Another similar thing we will see is some touting Lewis's overall "winning" record after riding Whitford's talent the first year and collecting wins from one of our worst schedules ever the second year.

I’m not sure how to predict our finish these last 7 games, Sherm. I know it’s again some lousy teams but we are pretty fragile right now and we could just as easily lose versus inferior teams given our low gas light is on. |
