What has money raised by this promotion in previous years for men’s bb been spent on? It would usually be discretionary find, not designated to a single purpose. So if we were short of basketballs, AD could buy a rack of them... |

We have incompetent inbreeding in football (Lynch’s), and baseball (Maloney), and a Bobby Knight wannabee in basketball who was never a successful head coach and now is once again experiencing a mass exodus. Oh, and we also have an AD that won’t accept a check from an alumnus, get off his ass and walk down the hall to get it to the appropriate personnel. Why the hell should we give a dime? Cause you like to complain I’ve been successful my entire career because if something is broke I fix it. It’s called accountability. |

In a sort of doomed death spiral. Or, fixing JAG and Roy at the helm of BSU BB... Or, fixing the current challenge of an NIL arms race for MAC basketball which seems to be a gunfight where all but a few can buy our coaches steak knives to go into battle. |

Cause you like to complain I’ve been successful my entire career because if something is broke I fix it. It’s called accountability. Then I hope you opened up your virtual wallet and donated to NIL cause as its stands that is the only fix.. Plus it gives you the auto bitch card for at least a year |

A related question: Can anyone think of a more useless waste of money than giving to the BB program through this promotion so that the BSU athletics department can administer it and use it for ? ? ?, given that the BSU athletics department has not demonstrated that it has as much brains as God gave a billy goat while administering the BB program over the last 25 years. |

The Department does manage other sports. Fairly well by competitive results in all non or low revenue/ expense sports. BSU has been masterful in the game of cheapness and amateurism. |

The 299,051 was a one day record... There were also 2 "large" checks written that could not be added to total because they were not online donations
