Cards face Buffalo away this weekend. Buffalo is 12-22 overall and 5-10 in MAC
Kent State, 29-10, 11-3 Ball State, 25-17, 10-5 Miami, 19-18, 9-3 N. Illinois, 14-25, 6-6
MAC not too strong this year

Very recent history suggests we will struggle with Buffalo since they are not good

I disagree Cardfan...we will score lots of runs and hit a homer.

If we get back to playing like we should, yes.

I disagree Cardfan...we will score lots of runs and hit a homer. Statistically, you are right. Cards are averaging 10.1 runs in MAC play and out hitting opponents .317 - .248 unfortunately, these stats are a bit inflated from the Ohio and Western series (1st two). We've been more level with the opponents in the last three series'. a Buffalo sweep would be welcomed

BG should've been a sweep, and Buffalo shouldn't be any different, other than we are on the road. Need to come out Friday strong.

Pitching is the key if we hold them under 4 runs hitters will come thru. Hopefully they play like they did against NKU. Go cards!

Plesac's arm issues are a concern. He's essentially on "the DL" now.

After this many games, the pitching will more than likely not get any better and probably not any worse. Statistically, if the Cards' offense is below nominal.......we are likely to lose.

Rich indicated Matt Haro would be added to the starting rotation.
