Hard to tell much from EADA. Total coaching salaries for men are about 550K, with 5 full time head coaches, 5 part time head coaches, accounting for a total of about 300K coaching salary. Although all are full time employees, presumably 5 do not only have coaching duties. Full time coaching only you would think would be significantly above 3OK. Part time, who knows? 7 full time assistants and 9 part time assistant coaches paid out of the total budget that with 13 men's assistants earning an "average" 17K each for 220K of that. apparently 3 get about 30 K total... So, it just isn't much of a budget for coaching if I am reading it right. EADA data for recent year can be studied here
