Good choices for team Captains as these young men lead by example!

Yep! Fourth will be rotated on a game by game basis.

I didn't realize there was a fourth based on a rotational basis but I really like that idea.
Lembo is doing an outstanding job and we are lucky to have him for this long. Glad they have gotten his salary up to the $500,000 level albeit it won't keep a wealthy program from snatching him but may be enough to give him pause before taking a job at say a perennial loser from an historical perspective (think IU).

If nothing else, it creates a better starting point for negotiations with the next coach. Always a next one. If successful, they move on, if not successful, they get let go. Life at a MAC school. Only difference if you get a guy who wants to finish a career, like Solich. I think Pete is creating a much stronger base for success. Problem is everyone else also seems to be improving (in talent and facilities).

Facilities much the same but we are in the bottom half without an indoor facility and permanent eastside seating - IMO!
