I was just about to say this would be a terrific idea if a few alumni set up something similar to what many pro sports have for their athletes to ensure their safety even if making frowned upon decisions... then I realized it's probably an NCAA violation.

I think he wrecked then left the scene. Bumper with license plate fell off. Cops got him later thats when he blew
