This is just a what if thread.
Take out what we think we know about finances and pretend you had the power to replace one coach today. Who would it be Neu or Whitford
I would have to pull the plug in Whit for the following reasons
Expectations.. They are low in football our record has been about what most expected. The way we have lost is the problem
Length of term whit on 6 years Mike on 4th
What was inherited, I think the football team started further in the hole than the basketball team did. I also think its tougher to flip a roster of 100 than it is turn over a roster of 12

I'd lean Whitford too because of length of evaluation time. Granted its not an easy call because I'm no more optimistic about Neu.

Colonel Sandy is in his Winnebago and laughing all the way to Wally World. The further from the BSU campus he can escape the better for him with the Whitford extensions in mind.
