Wasn't Brady a defensive guru?

We could bring back Brady for the D, Stan for the offense keep Joey, bring back Bill for special teams.. Hell lets bring back Billy and let him coach the WR's..

Who are we kidding? We can't or won't pay coordinators (or coaches) enough to be competitive.

I am not sure new coordinators are needed. The thousand pound obstacle in the road may be Pete Lembo. Will he take the handcuffs off Joey Lynch and turn Neal loose, stop calling slow developing zone reads on first and ten, and receivers running five yard outs when we need ten? The defense is another question altogether. Is it Lembo that likes the schemes we have been running? Apparently so. They did not change much this past season. Do we need a new coach or do we need to get healthy and in the weight room for the winter, tweek our defense a bit, become more aggressive, meaning we blitz more and stop giving receivers from the opposing team ten yard cushions? My gut feeling is that we will find out soon after Tuesday night's game. IF changes are about to come down they should come down quick. Cut the ties, thank the fired coaches for their efforts and start looking for immediately for replacements with NEW IDEAS. If Lembo is not open to accept new methods and ideas we are right back to square one. It is up to the coach. Either make the changes to allow your coaches a new start or cut the ties and look to the future with new blood. I have no idea what is correct, but I do feel that changes of some type need to be made. At this point we have to put our faith in Coach Lembo and have the confidence that he will decide correctly. I hope so, because he has taken us too far to regress and start over again with a new regime. What! You think Limbo has Joey handcuffed? I thought I was watching his father's offense out there. If Pete is holding him back, I'm willing to stand corrected. But when the line, receivers and backfield are all running different plays, that's a coordinator.

We did have several instances of players not being on the same page. I don't know how you do that in the 12th game of the season.

I was on Lembo high alert back when he picked Lynch to replace Skrosky. I just don't think Pete had a clue that he was going to be around to live with the consequences.

If we have a Head Coach who pick OCs and doesn't have a clue, the problem is with the Head Coach not the OC.

It's clearly not working with Joey. We'll see how Pete sees it.

This was a massive failure on all parts. I can see why Pete would lock himself in a closet and bang his head on the wall.
I say we go after Mike Ditka and Buddy Ryan.

It's not working on either side of the ball. I turned the game off at halftime. Painful, like watching a Lynch coached team from the late 90's.
Time for a big change. Doubt it will happen, and the program will fall even lower.

Basically the program needs a 6 Sigma done on it.

At this point we have to put our faith in the AD and the Head Coach.

.....speaking of that....Colonel Sandy is the quietest AD we've had in quite some time. Who was the last AD that had so few mentions on this fan board?
