Cards are 1.5 to 2.0 dogs to the dogs. Keep your $$ in your pocket!
By now the MAC opponent knows if we not hit threes, we not gonna win.
Over/under on Teague 3 attempts at 3.

Oh, but we are hitting.... we only need one extra 3 to cover that spread.
Smart money on the home team with a high seed to gain. Some pressure there too.

So this is selfish of me but has anyone else thought it might just be better to lose and get one winnable Home game Monday.. I mean our track record this year does not really give us much hope of pulling off some wins against the better teams in Cleveland.. One more home game and a hot dog sounds allright

Too much game prep might harm us. Might as well play.

ESPN+ is great. Rewatched the NIU home game. It was a bird and dog fight to the end. At Northern it will probably not be the same.

My thoughts are I always want to win and I suppose you all do to, and secondly, has anyone thought that maybe NIU won't be as motivated...am I right or wrong that they are at minimum a 4th seed?

Why would they not be as motivated? And given our history at not being motivated at times under whit, especially on the road, what guarantees we’ll be more motivated than NIU, who’s got their senior night and a lot on the line?

I'm simply saying not a lot of difference between a 3 and 4 seed both gain a bye but a lot of difference between 4 seed and 5 seed!?

This is a winnable game. German is a stud but we do pose some match up problems for them. Teague needs to hang around the post because they do not have anyone who can guard him. He tends to get out of control when we run the 5 out set. I would feed him until Northern proves they can stop him. If we come out trying to start everything from the perimeter, Northern will win. If we can get Teague going on the block, we will open some things up for our shooters in rhythm. I like this match up as Northern is NOT Akron.

I think this one is a barn burner defensive struggle that we win 58-55.
