Winning 30+ games with these guys has been one of Rich’s best coaching years. And against a much tougher schedule than we have faced in a few years. Not enough credit for the job Trevor O’Donnell has done. That game on Friday had to be a super big let down after the 7 innings he pitched.

Good question how the two teams play their last series. One team or the other will win the league, but we know both need the tournament to get to the NCAA, and I wonder how much winning the league really helps?
KInda wild how the early games can go in that format, and the draw may be more a matter of luck than seeding. BSU just doesn't have pitching depth so they will need some luck to get the final game.

This season was a weaker schedule than the past few years. In the Nolan Rankings, BSU's SOS ranking for 2023 is #252. In 2022, it was #164. In 2021, it was #160. In 2020, it was #231.
