Can an effective Chris Ballard overcome the moronic coaching of Chuck Pagano?
Did Irsay leave Chuck in place because the roster sucks so much right now that Ballard can't affect it by next season anyway?

Irsay will probably get doped up on sleeping pills, have a crazy dream where Jim Harbaugh says he'd like to coach for him, wake up some morning in July, drunk-dial Pagano and tell him he's fired.
The guy had a chance to fire Pagano and Grigson a year ago and didn't do it because he had a vision where a voice told him they were his guys. That's what we're dealing with.

It's going to be interesting to see how much roster turnover happens before next season. Quite a lot, I'm guessing, including some starters.
